1. Trade Portal Access

SITAA INC operates a private business-to-business portal for members of the jewelry and diamond trade. Access may require registration, business information, and approval by SITAA INC.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. SITAA INC may approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the portal, its inventory, customers, or business operations.

2. Inventory, Availability & Pricing

Inventory, availability, price per carat, total price, location, and other stone information shown on the portal are provided for trade convenience and may change without notice. A stone shown as available is not reserved solely by viewing or selecting it on the website.

Website selections, comparison lists, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other inquiries are requests only. Availability and price must be confirmed by SITAA INC before any sale, memo, shipment, or other transaction is final.

3. Diamond Information & Certificates

SITAA INC primarily offers lab grown diamonds. Stone descriptions, measurements, grades, report numbers, images, videos, laboratory information, and certificate links may be based on laboratory reports, supplier information, inventory systems, or other third-party data.

Laboratory grading is an expert opinion and may vary between laboratories or over time. Images and videos are provided for reference and may not represent exact color, scale, brilliance, or appearance on every device.

4. Orders, Memos, Invoices & Separate Terms

Any completed purchase, memo, return, shipment, credit, or other trade transaction may be subject to additional written terms appearing on a SITAA INC memo, invoice, credit note, sales document, or other transaction record.

If transaction-specific written terms conflict with these website terms for that transaction, the transaction-specific terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the portal only for legitimate trade purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the portal, bypass access controls, misuse customer or inventory information, scrape or systematically extract data without permission, or use the portal in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The SITAA name, branding, website design, text, and original portal content are owned by or licensed to SITAA INC. Laboratory reports, certificate content, images, videos, and third-party marks may belong to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred by your use of the portal.

7. Website Availability & Disclaimer

SITAA INC works to keep the portal accurate and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the portal is provided on an “as available” basis and SITAA INC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every displayed item of data will be error-free at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SITAA INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website or from reliance on unconfirmed website inventory or pricing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Privacy

Use of the portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through the website may be collected and used.

10. Changes to These Terms

SITAA INC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version posted on this page will apply to use of the portal after it becomes effective.

11. Governing Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any different written terms governing a specific transaction, disputes relating to these website terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, where legally permitted.
